Fill in the following fields:
- Category – What type of tool it is (e.g. Email, CRM, Analytics).
- Tool Name – Exact name of the platform (e.g. Klaviyo, Figma).
- Function – Short summary of what it’s used for.
- Team Using It – Who uses it? (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Design).
- Monthly Cost ($) – How much it costs per month.
- Notes – Add renewal dates, contract status, or migration ideas.

- The Annual Cost ($) column will auto-calculate as:
